A Yoga Class
Ommurti’s traditional Hatha Yoga classes provide a great balance between effort and relaxation, leaving you energized, centered, and calm.
She gives directions in awareness of the senses and the breath to stay present. She will help you stay aware in the relaxation and relax in the activity.
By having a lot of care and personal attention for you as an individual with a unique body, Ommurti can support your practice with variations and props.
She will motivate you to listen to your own body so you don’t get injured but also helps you to challenge yourself just enough so you can get the most out of your practice.
A classical class will generally consist of…
